Founders
Ingrid worked in film production, including local/extras casting for the films "Big Fish" and "The Good Shepherd" and two independent films written and directed by Erin Greenwell: "Big Dreams In Little Hope" and "Overnight Book."
She is the founder and artistic director of Brawdeville: Women in Performance Art, an all-female collective that performs all-original, mixed-media productions. Check out Brawdeville on myspace for performance updates, photos and the Brawdeville blog.
Ingrid has also written and directed two of her own short films - "Viewpoint" and "Love Sucks" - and recently completed "The Art of Leaving," a play she hopes to develop with a theater company in New York.
Karen graduated from West Virginia State University with a BA in Art and studied film abroad at VGIK (oldest film school in the world) in Moscow, Russia. She moved to Wilmington, NC, to work in the film industry and landed a production coordinator position at the Wilmington Regional Film Commission.
Karen also worked freelance in film, television and commercials in various capacities and served on the board of directors for Cucalorus Film Festival.
